Dear Consortium Members:

    Due to a misunderstanding among the hotel staff at the Hilton Garden Inn, the hotel reservation staff was not informed about the special rate of $99.00 being offered to members of the National Small Arms Technology Consortium (NSATC) and National Small Arms Center (NSAC) for the nights of June 16 - 18, 2009.  If you were quoted a different rate or told no rooms were available, please call again and reserve your rooms under the block of rooms for the National Small Arms Meeting.  The rooms are being held at that rate until June 9th.

    You can also call or e-mail Ms. Audra Baker, (706) 660-1915, e-mail:  Audra.Baker@nobleinvestment.com with your name, dates of stay and credit card information.  The Hilton Management apologizes for any inconvenience this mix-up has caused and looks forward to having the NSATC at their hotel.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

JUNE 17 AND 18, 2009

    The National Small Arms Technology Consortium General Membership Meeting is scheduled to be held at the Conference Center in Fort Benning, Georgia on Wednesday and Thursday, June 17 and 18, 2009.  A block of rooms have been reserved for the nights of 16 and 17 June 2009 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1500 Bradley Lake Boulevard, Columbus, GA, Phone No. (706) 660-1000 for consortium members.  To take advantage of the special Conference Rate of $99.00 per day plus taxes please make your reservations by June 9, 2009.  When reserving your room identify yourself as an attendee of the National Small Arms Meeting.  A registration fee of $35.00 will be charged to cover the cost of breakfast, lunch, breaks and the wine and cheese mixer. 

     The meeting will start at 0800 hours on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 and end mid-afternoon on Thursday, June 18, 2009.  Registration will begin at 0700 hours on both days.  The proposed agenda for the meeting is attached.
